DURHAM, NC \u2013 July 15, 2025 \u2014 <\/strong> Cree LED<\/a>, a Penguin Solutions<\/a> brand (Nasdaq: PENG<\/a>), today announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against NanoLumens, Inc. The lawsuit asserts that NanoLumens has infringed Cree LED\u2019s rights in the following patents by selling certain display products: U.S. Patent Nos. US8049230, US9054257, US9831393, US7718991, US9240395, and USD691100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
