DURHAM, NC \u2013 December 19, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 Cree LED<\/a>, a Penguin Solutions<\/a> brand (Nasdaq: PENG<\/a>), today announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California against ADJ Products, LLC (ADJ).  The lawsuit asserts that ADJ has infringed Cree LED\u2019s rights in the following patents by selling certain display products: U.S. Patent Nos. US8049230, US8901583, US9054257, US8487337, US8748915, US7718991, US9634209, US9240395, USD684545 and USD704358.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
